February will be a busy month at the NZCMS office in Christchurch as we say goodbye to one staff member and welcome another into the NZCMS fold.
We’ll be saying goodbye to Office and Finance Manager Kris Farr, who is moving on from her role at NZCMS. Kris has faithfully served the NZCMS office for eight and a half years and has been involved with a variety of areas including finance, organising conferences and streamlining office systems. We are so grateful for Kris’ commitment and service to NZCMS. She has shown great faithfulness and loyalty in her work. Kris will be taking up an office position with her church (St Stephen’s, Shirley) in Christchurch. We wish her all the best for the future and ask you to join with us in praying for Kris as she moves on.
Join us in saying ‘hello’ to our new Personnel Director Lesley Smith, who starts work in the office next week. Lesley has spent the last few years working in the UK and is excited about returning to her kiwi roots. Lesley brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the position, including her education and experience in management, counselling, training, administration and member care. The NZCMS staff team are thrilled to welcome Lesley back to New Zealand and are looking forward to working alongside her.
