NZCMS helps churches and Dioceses develop a clear mission and discipleship pathway for short-term teams. We have loads of experience in training and coaching groups who are considering cross-cultural ministry in Aotearoa or globally.
Our Team Training Manual is intended to help leaders plan, pray and implement everything that is necessary for a team to flourish through a cross-cultural encounter.
What we offer
- Support and coaching with leaders to establish the vision and purpose for a cross-cultural partnership, including helping establish connections for partnerships in mission
- Training for teams: day or weekend training events
- Training for team leaders (including logistics, mission, cultural training and debriefs)
- Training Manual: Engaging cross-culturally as teams
